🪘Governance Structure

Meta DAO is a typical DAO organization, which is mainly used to help the development and management of DeFi, NFT, GameFi, SocialFi and other ecological products. In the DeFi ecosystem, Metaverse, NFT, and other technologies have been widely adopted through permissionless, minimal trust, transparent, secure, and automated protocols.

The governance system between users and platforms built by DAO can enable all subjects to show new meaning and value in the DeFi ecosystem. Regarding the monopoly of large households, many DAOs have proposed targeted solutions, and their concepts and ideas are quite interesting narratives. For this, Meta DAO also contributed its own solution.

Starting from the voting process, try to shift the voting decision to a multi-DAO structure. This structure means that the operation of DAO will be more flexible, and under the governance of multi-layer structure, decision-making can alleviate the shackles of large currency holders to a certain extent.

Meta DAO uses a "restricted authorization" governance method, which means that holders of the Meta DAO governance token MTD need to delegate their voting rights to voting delegations. But this does not mean that DAO will return to centralization, and MTD token holders have the right to create, define, destroy and limit a series of restrictive activities on the voting delegations they entrust voting rights to.

In other words, even if MTD token holders delegate power to other groups, these holders still have the final say on how much power these groups can have. This kind of faulty authorization increases the cost of doing evil, so that community members are always under the supervision of multiple parties.
