📍Penalties for violations

  • If you are 5 minutes late for the meeting, you will be fined 1000MTD.

  • If you arrive 10 minutes late or leave early for the meeting, you will be fined 3000MTD.

  • If you arrive late or leave early for an important meeting, you will be fined 5000MTD. For major violations of regulations and disciplines,

  • if the voting in DAO exceeds 30%, a financial penalty of 10,000U or equivalent will be imposed MTD of value;

  • If the voting in DAO exceeds 50%, the founding partner qualification will be disqualified, and all personal investment will be turned over to the DAO treasury.
